THE SICK CUSTOMER

Today, a customer called me on the telephone, and he was in pain.  He complained about tension, stress, and worry.

I prescribed a family vacation at the beach.

Today, a customer e-mailed me, and she was tired.  She complained about her workload and lack of quality time with her family.

I prescribed a family vacation in the mountains.

Today, a customer chatted with me; he didn’t know what to type at first.  He had missed his son’s Little League baseball game and his daughter’s dance recital.

I prescribed a family vacation near an entertainment park.

Today, a customer called me on Zoom, and she was sick with the flu.  She missed not seeing her mother, father, and siblings.

After she fully recovered, I prescribed a family reunion vacation at a historic destination.

Today, when one of your customers reaches out to you and complains about their workload, tension, and not spending time with the family, prescribe a vacation.

A vacation cures stress, relieves tension, and brings family and friends closer to one another.  Vacations enable us to walk on a beach, climb a mountain, scream on a rollercoaster, explore history, eat dinner together, hang out, and be a family again.

Today, a customer sent me a thank you note; they couldn’t be happier!

Until Next Friday,
