WHO DO YOU WORK FOR?

Who do you work for?

Yourself.
Your team.
Your family.
Your community.
A paycheck.

One, some, all...or something else?

Who do you work for?

The guest.
The customer.
The owner.
Your boss.
The board of directors.
Your fellow associates
The shareholders.

One, some, all...or something else?

Your answer may vary on the time of day, the end of the period or quarter, the associates you work with, your boss, or even your current project. However, it would appear that the more accurate answer lies in working for the activities and people who empower you to share your talents, your strengths, your knowledge, your skills, and your passions that make you uniquely "you," improving the lives and conditions of those, known and unknown, to you. Like a stone tossed into a still pond, the effect ripples and touches all shores.

We find strength and personal success in serving others, for the gift of service is always returned to you ten-fold or more.

Who do you work for? It's an important question worth answering.

Until Next Friday,
